Politics and Prose: Online Writing Workshop (SOLD OUT)

I’m excited to share that I’ll be teaching an online workshop through DC’s wonderful indie bookstore, Politics and Prose, called The Art of the Japanese Haibun. It’s a beautiful and versatile form—perfect for poets, CNF writers, and anyone drawn to the spaciousness of hybrid or interdisciplinary work.

The class meets on January 22 and January 29, from 6:30–8:00pm ET.

Reading with Katherine Larson at the Flinn Foundation (in person and online)

Please join me at the Flinn Foundation—a privately endowed, philanthropic grantmaking organization established in 1965 by Robert S. and Irene P. Flinn—for a reading and Q&A to celebrate the release of Wedding of the Foxes.

As a proud Flinn Scholar alum, I’m deeply grateful to return to the Foundation for this special event. Several formative experiences featured in the book—such as my time studying abroad in Kampala, Uganda and my introduction to CEDO Intercultural—were made possible through this incredible program.
